These Terms & Conditions apply to the Oche Labs Instagram giveaway for an official Arno Merk 2025 shirt in Size M, signed on both sides.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is:

The Promoter is solely responsible for organising and administering the giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who:

• are at least 18 years old at the time of entry; and
• are resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

Employees of the Promoter and persons directly involved in the organisation or administration of the giveaway are excluded from participation.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins when the corresponding giveaway post is published on the official Oche Labs Instagram account.

Entries may be submitted until 31 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST.

Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must, before the closing time:

1. Follow the official Oche Labs Instagram account.
2. Follow the official Shorty Merch Instagram account.
3. Follow the official Arno Merk Instagram account.
4. Tag a darts buddy in the comments of the official giveaway post.

All requirements must be fulfilled at the time the winner is verified.

The person tagged in the comment does not need to participate in the giveaway and does not need to reside in one of the eligible countries.

One entry per person. Each participant may enter the giveaway only once and may submit only one qualifying comment.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

1× Official Arno Merk 2025 Shirt, Size M, signed on both sides.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

The winner will not be required to pay any costs to receive the prize.

The Promoter will cover the cost of shipping to an eligible address in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, as well as any customs duties, import charges or similar costs that may arise in connection with delivery.

6. Winner Selection

Following the end of the giveaway, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a computer-based random selection process.

The selection will be conducted by the Promoter and documented internally to ensure that the result can be verified.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official Oche Labs Instagram account.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of receiving the notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot provide the required information, or is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

The Promoter will never require payment, credit card information or bank details in order to claim the prize.

The winner's Instagram username or identity will only be publicly announced with the winner's consent.

8. Invalid Entries and Fair Participation

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entries where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, fraud, automated participation, false information or another attempt to circumvent these Terms & Conditions.

The use of multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional entries is not permitted.

9. Changes or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make the proper or fair administration of the giveaway impossible.

Any such decision will not affect rights that have already arisen where this can reasonably be avoided.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will only be processed to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize, unless a separate legal basis exists for further processing.

In particular, the winner may be required to provide their full name and delivery address for fulfilment of the prize.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the organisation or administration of the giveaway and release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with it to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Instagram is not the recipient of any information provided by participants for the administration of the giveaway.

12. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in this giveaway.

Mandatory consumer protection and other statutory rights applicable in the participant's country of residence remain unaffected.

If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
